This is a tube-shaped lens assembly that is placed under the right eyepiece - in front of the mirror prism to the gray binocular head of the Carl Zeiss West Germany Standard 14 microscope

I apologize, but I don't know the P/N number for the head. It's the binocular head used on Carl Zeiss Standard 14 and Standard 16 microscopes. I noticed it also fits other Zeiss heads - but it <b>definitely doesn't</b> fit the <i>473012-9902</i>.
