Complete AmScope phase contrast kit for T490 and B490 series microscopes.
The kit includes:
- phase contrast condenser with a 37 mm mounting diameter
- Ph 10/0.25 160/0.17 phase objective
- Ph 20/0.40 160/0.17 phase objective
- Ph 40/0.65 160/0.17 phase objective
- Oil Ph 100/1.25 160/0.17 oil immersion phase objective
- centering telescope (auxiliary microscope) for a 23.2 mm eyepiece tube

Correction: achromatic
Tube length TL: 160 mm
Focal length FL: 45 mm
Thread: RMS (20.3 mm)
This kit is originally supplied with AmScope microscopes of the "490" series (the T490 trinocular microscope and the B490 binocular microscope). However, since the condenser has a standard 37 mm mounting diameter and the objectives use the standard RMS thread with TL = 160 mm, this kit can also be used with dozens of microscope models from other manufacturers, provided they are built to these standards.
