This is description of this part:
Transmitted light base for Carl Zeiss Jena Technival-2 and Citoval-2 stereomicroscope.
Cast or injection-molded metal parts of Carl Zeiss Jena carry their own numbers. This microscope element bears the number 2480 (full designation: Si10 2480).
Inside there is a classic mirror reflecting light and a matte mirror diffusing light. Both are in very good condition.
Note - this base does not fit the first models of Carl Zeiss Jena Technival and Citoval stereomicroscopes, as they have a smaller stand foot.
The complete factory set consists of:
- transmitted light base
- wrist supports
- light source
Here I present and offer only the base - without wrist supports and without the light source.
