A complete pair of upper lenses for the body of the Carl Zeiss Jena Citoval-2 stereo microscope. This is a microscope part intended for repairing the Greenough continuous zoom system.
The technical name of this microscope part is: rear fixed group (output group) of the pancratic zoom system. These are the two lenses permanently mounted inside the stereo microscope body, located directly below the binocular head.
This service part can help solve the following problems encountered when using the Carl Zeiss Jena Citoval-2 stereo microscope:
- if a lens has been mechanically damaged (scratched, cracked, or chipped)
- if a lens has become delaminated or its surface has been damaged by fungus (mold)
