This is description of this part:
Set of 4 (four) empty sliders for the Carl Zeiss Jena Jenamed microscope,
These sliders fit into the following positions:
- the wide slider fits under the stage and under the condenser, e.g. for discs used for phase contrast or darkfield
- three smaller sliders fit into three additional slots between the objective turret and the head (e.g. Pol analyzer, quartz ROT I and quarter-wave plate)
Note - Carl Zeiss Jena produced several types of sliders with different dimensions and shapes. There are at least six variants for microscopes of the Jenamed series. Always carefully check the slider dimensions to make sure this is the exact type you need. A millimeter scale is shown in each photo.
What is this part needed for?
