This lens fits black condensers installed in the following microscopes:
- Carl Zeiss Jena Nf
- Carl Zeiss Jena Lumipan
- Carl Zeiss Jena NU / NU2
This lens DOES NOT FIT grey pancratic condensers from the following microscopes:
- Carl Zeiss Jena Amplival
- Carl Zeiss Jena Docuval
IOR Bucuresti and Lomo produced their own versions of pancratic condensers - I do not know whether this lens is compatible with them.
What is this part needed for?
- if the lens is missing from the condenser
- if the lens is damaged or in very poor condition
- if you want to mount it to a completely different DIY condenser
