This is description of this part:
G-type slider with a Quartz RI (red) filter glass. The exact dimensions are shown in the photos.
It originally came from an EPI-POL illuminator for the Carl Zeiss Jena NU microscope, but as far as I know, the same sliders are compatible with the polarizing kit for the Carl Zeiss Jena Lg, NF, and Polmi-A polarizing microscopes. It's very possible it fits other configurations I'm not aware of, or even microscopes from other manufacturers.
