Stand base with support column for Carl Zeiss Jena SMxx stereo microscopes (SM-16 and SM-20).
The stereo microscope body is mounted onto this bench stand.

The support column of this stand has a diameter of 15 mm. This allows virtually any stereo microscope or EPI metallurgical microscope with a 15 mm mounting bore to be installed on it, including:
- Carl Zeiss Jena Stemi SM-16
- Carl Zeiss Jena Stemi SM-20
- PZO MST-110 / MST-127
- PZO MST-130 / MST-131
When might this stand be needed?
- Stereo microscopes, including the Carl Zeiss Jena SM-xx series, were often used on special holders or boom stands. As a result, many of these microscopes available on the second-hand market no longer include their original bench stand.
