This is description of this part:

An original Carl Zeiss Jena set: extraction cuvette with caps in a wooden box.

As far as I know, this set date from the second half of the 1970s. It's quite possible it was used in Spekol devices. Definitely better quality than inexpensive Chinese cuvettes.
