The Ploemopak (in various versions) is an EPI fluorescence device for Leitz Wetzlar microscopes.
I'm offering a Ploemopak for the Leitz Wetzlar Ortholux II microscope here.

- Revolver for four RMS objectives
- Carousel with excitation filters
- Built-in barrier filter cubes in the turret
- Built-in iris diaphragm (*)
- Mounting adapter for the arm
(*) The iris diaphragm opens and closes nicely, but when I look at it, I'm not entirely sure if it's assembled correctly. However, it works very well.
All filters and mirrors are functional, with no delamination.
What is this part needed for?
