This is an extension tube that raises the head (or any other attachment) by 30mm, thus increasing the tube length (TL), typically from 160mm to 190mm. This allows the use of Lomo lenses with an RMS thread and a TL of 190mm (most often EPI lenses). The mount is a 41.5mm dovetail, the Carl Zeiss Jena standard.
