This type of key fits the original wooden cases in which Soviet Lomo Biolam microscopes were sold. The key also fits the version of these microscopes sold in the West (under the Bresser Biolam brand). As far as I know, they also fit the Lomo MBB-1a and Lomo MIN-8 cases.
