This is description of this part:
- 37 mm condenser holder with condenser retaining screw
- Space for 32 mm round filters
- Knob for adjusting the vertical position of the condenser (up and down)
Note - the gear rack on which this mechanism moves ( =- LINK -= ) is NOT included. If you are looking for just the gear rack, please check if I have it as a separate item.
What is this part needed for?
- As a service part
- individual components in this mechanism often become damaged
- the screw holding the condenser sometimes gets lost, bent, or breaks (and remains in the thread)
- the filter holder sometimes breaks, and sometimes two filter holders are needed
- sometimes the knob (handle) is chipped or even melted by a soldering iron or cigarette
