This is description of this part:
Aluminium nameplate with the manufacturer's logo for the PZO Biolar microscope.
This nameplate is attached to the microscope base. It is secured with just a few small drops of adhesive.
The nameplate fits all microscopes of the Biolar series based on the PZO Biolar B stand:
- PZO Biolar B
- PZO Biolar DIC
- PZO Biolar FL
- PZO Biolar Pol
- and all other variants
All of these nameplates are identical and differ only by the serial number.
Important: this nameplate does NOT fit the microscopes currently (as of 2026) sold as the Biolar C. These are ordinary Chinese OEM microscopes with a "Biolar" sticker.
Several decades have passed since the PZO Biolar series microscopes were manufactured, and these nameplates often simply fall off by themselves.
