This is description of this part:
Block with coarse focus and fine focus knobs (focusing block) for the Wild Heerbrugg M20 microscope.
This block is a part of the microscope stand and contains:
- the coarse focus knob (macro movement), which transfers rotational movement to the rack gear (available separately)
- the fine focus knob, which transfers rotational movement to the bearing-based precision mechanism (available separately)
In the last photos in the gallery I indicate with an arrow exactly which microscope element this is and where it is located inside the microscope.
What is this part needed for?
- as a service element in the form of replacing the complete assembly if exactly this element or one of its component parts is damaged in the repaired microscope
