Central prism for the trinocular head of the Wild Heerbrugg M420 Makroskop (macroscope) (Leica M420).

Due to the similar design, it is very likely that this component will also fit the photographic trinocular head of the following macroscope models:
- Wild M400
- Wild M450 (another name: Leica M450)

This service component may solve the following problems with the trinocular head of the Wild Heerbrugg / Leica M450 macroscope:

The macroscope is an advanced stereoscopic microscope with a high-resolution ZOOM objective.

Why are dual names Wild and Leica used? The M400 macroscope was manufactured by Wild Heerbrugg (Switzerland). Later, the Wild company was acquired by Leica and the M420 and M450 models may be labeled either Wild M420 / Wild M450 or Leica M420 / Leica M450. Note: this is different for the Wild M400 model - it does not have a Leica equivalent, because "Leica M400" is a model of a surgical microscope.
