This is description of this part:
Electronic distribution board 451331-9320 for the Carl Zeiss Axiovert 100M microscope
This is the central PCB to which all controllers, button panels, sensors and drives in the motorized inverted Zeiss Axiovert 100M microscope are connected.
Markings on the board:
- 451331-9320
- 3320 B
- DL SP1 SP2 SHUT
- SCA
- 3320 L
- Carl Zeiss Jena
ATTENTION: This is a board for a microscope branded by Zeiss (Oberkochen, West Germany). The board, however, carries the "Carl Zeiss Jena" logo. This is not a mistake - this board was made in week 31 of 1997, already after the German reunification, when the Jena plant was producing for the entire Carl Zeiss group.
IMPORTANT: in the photo you can see that in every pin block onto which a connector is plugged, one pin is missing. This is not damage, this is not a broken-off pin - this is the original factory condition. It is supposed to look like this.
I was not able to confirm it, but it is possible that this part also fits the inverted Zeiss Axiovert 135M microscope. Before you decide to use the electronic board shown here in the Axiovert 135M model, please check this on forums or groups devoted to Zeiss microscopes.
In the last photos the arrow shows where this part sits in the Zeiss Axiovert 100M microscope, so that you can identify it without any doubt.
What is this part needed for?
- if you need to replace this board in your Zeiss Axiovert 100M microscope, for example because pins are broken off or traces are burnt through
- if you have confirmed compatibility and want to use this part in a Zeiss Axiovert 135M microscope
