It shows that if you use this PZO objective with the green ring (i.e. Zernike phase contrast) together with light-polarizing condensers (i.e. PZO KS or PZO K3PhZ), you will obtain an interesting blue background effect.
This objective can be used with any microscope from any manufacturer together with a compatible phase contrast condenser. Naturally, the microscope must support RMS objectives, TL=160 mm and FL=45 mm.
