The RMS threaded objective is mounted on a suitable insert allowing the objective to be used with the ROW Rathenow UFA 626 microscope. Of course, the objective can be unscrewed and another objective screwed into the insert.
The objective comes with a factory adapter to extend its length - it is NOT an additional prism (e.g., DIC Nomarski). It is a hollow extension adapter.
