It is very likely that Nissho Optical (NSK for short) uses identical knobs across its whole range of stereo microscopes, or more precisely: in the head holders of those microscopes. The focusing holder of a stereo microscope contains two such knobs. Both are identical, so there is no difference between the right-hand and the left-hand knob. I offer each of these knobs separately, as a single item.
