Modules marked in the user manual as 1.1 and 1.3
This is the lighting element located at the very top of the entire illumination module.
The equivalent of the Zeiss IM 35 (IM-35, IM35) microscope is the Opton ICM 405 (ICM-405, ICM405).

Please note that exactly the same (!) illuminator is also used on the Zeiss Standard / Photomicroscope series microscopes. Please refer to the description of illuminator No. 99684 in this database. YES – these are exactly the same illuminators. However, that particular unit was removed from a Zeiss Photomicroscope II and therefore has its own separate description. You will also find additional photographs and an extended description there.
