This is a prism for the left (L) eyepiece for the gray binocular head of the Carl Zeiss West Germany Standard 14 microscope.

I apologize, but I don't know the P/N number for the head. It's the binocular head used on Carl Zeiss Standard 14 and Standard 16 microscopes. I noticed it also fits other Zeiss heads - but it definitely doesn't fit the 473012-9902.
