Based on the following observations: - the controller offered here is also designated "Leica DMLD" - part number 301-385.160 belongs to the same numbering group as control panel 301-385.001 (group 301-385.xxx) - the legacy number 541065 belongs to the same 5410xx numbering group as the shutter controller and the control panel I believe — although I do not have access to documentation that could confirm this — that this unit is also part of the Leica DMLD analogue photomicrography system, most likely serving as a power supply and shutter control module with provision for connecting a foot switch.
