Important: these eyepieces can be used both with finite tube microscopes (e.g. 160 mm) and infinity-corrected microscopes. Note - in my opinion, eyepieces with such a high magnification are recommended rather for "inspection" than for continuous work. I deliberately write "I recommend" because this is my personal opinion based on practical use and not on the manufacturer's documentation. An eyepiece magnification of 20x should rather be treated as a zoom without revealing additional details (the resolution is not increased). This is important, for example, in heads with built-in magnification (e.g. Carl Zeiss Jena heads with built-in magnification of 1.5x or 1.6x) - when working with a 100x oil immersion objective, we theoretically obtain 1001.520 = 3000x, while physics does not allow the human eye to magnify visible light beyond approximately 1250x - therefore this is a so-called "empty magnification".
