Nikon TU Plan Fluor 5x/0.15 A ∞/0 EPI D OFN25 WD18 microscope objective.

This objective is primarily designed for reflected-light EPI microscopy in brightfield and darkfield, but it is also suitable for transmitted-light brightfield observation.

Nikon TU Plan Fluor objectives are frequently used for macrophotography and ultra-macrophotography. When combined with a Nikon tube lens (Nikon tube lens) or a Rodenstock Apo-Gerogon 210 mm lens, they provide outstanding image quality when connected to a camera.

This objective is compatible with microscopes designed for reflected-light EPI microscopy and equipped with an M32-thread nosepiece, for example:
- Nikon Eclipse L
- Nikon Eclipse LV
- Nikon MM-400 and MM-800 toolmakers microscopes

This objective is also compatible with microscopes in which the M25-thread nosepiece can be replaced with an M32-thread objective nosepiece, namely the Nikon L-NBD5 or LV-NBD5. These include, for example:
