Basic information: - ... this adapter allows operation of 1 objective at a time - this is not a objective turret (revolver) - the adapter allows centering the objective relative to the optical axis, which is extremely important in polarization - the adapter does not support objectives with RMS thread (approx. 20 mm) Interesting fact: This adapter fits the Carl Zeiss Jena Polmi-A microscope. This microscope is a construction designed for work with objectives with RMS thread and a tube length of 160 mm, but after using this adapter it is possible to use objectives with M19 thread corrected for infinity. Such tests were performed by Mr. Wojciech Plonka and he found that it works, but in this case the objectives produce stronger magnification than nominal (link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/254539018060854/?multi_permalinks=1857582481089825).
