Leitz Orthoplan - PLEZY 8 mm microscope objective Extender Adapter | focal lenght 37-45 mm changerThe Leitz PLEZY is an extension adapter for RMS-thread microscope objectives that increases the parfocal focal length from 37 mm to 45 mm, making older objectives compatible with microscopes designed for a 45 mm parfocal standard It is mounted between the objective and the nosepiece/revolver so that optical focus is maintained despite the additional mechanical extension.
Leitz PLEZY differs from extension adapters available on the market in that it features internal anti-reflective optics, ensuring that despite the mechanical extension of the focal length the image quality is not degraded.
